How do I register for the portal?

Click the Register button located at the top-right of the main portal page. Fill in the required information. You will need to establish a password of at least 6 characters (including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a non-digit character).

Which browser should I use?

We recommend using Internet Explorer 11, Chrome, or Firefox when using the portal. Internet Explorer 10 and earlier versions are not supported.

How do I submit my application?

After registering for a profile, you will be allowed to submit an application. If you have further questions, please refer to the Application Guidelines.

How do I check the status of my application?

To check the status of your application, please login from the portal Home Page, and click the Permit Applications button.

How can I edit my application?

To edit your application, please login from the portal Home Page, and click the Permit Applications button. Then click the "Project Title" of the application you would like to edit.

Do you use cookies?

Yes, we use two internal tracking cookies in our web portal for account registration. However, these cookies do not track external user activity.
